Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new Projects. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for our organization, First and foremost, we’re looking for a candidate with leadership quality who understands how to leverage real data. And concurrently capitalize on business trends and opportunities. We’re looking for who are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. We are expecting candidates with strong communication skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
- At least 2year of experience in health care sector.
- Efficient in product presentation to the client .
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or whatsapp chat .
- Tracking shipment with help of logistic department .
- Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance .
Requirements:
- MBA/BBA or Graduation
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus ( Pharmaceutical Background) .
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.(English ,Hindi ,Kannada etc)
- Salary-20000 to 25000.
- Special Package for experienced and MBA/BBA Candidates.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Hindi (Preferred)
