Purchase Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Purchase Manager to join our growing team at Invision Pharma in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing procurement processes, vendor relationships, and inventory management, with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the procurement process for pharmaceutical products and materials
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure the best value for the company
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast and plan purchasing requirements
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all procurement activities
• Analyze market trends and pricing strategies to optimize purchasing decisions

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in inventory management and procurement software
