By accessing our Websites, using our AI Brand Builder, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Websites.

2. Nature of Services

Invision Pharma Limited specializes in Third-Party Contract Manufacturing and Private Label Services for Nutraceuticals, Cosmetics, and Pharmaceutical products.

We provide an online AI-powered tool (“AI Brand Builder”) solely for the purpose of visualizing potential product concepts, packaging, and branding ideas to assist in the inquiry process.

3. AI-Generated Content & Mockups

Our Websites utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate product mockups and visual previews based on user inputs. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Conceptual Use Only: The images, mockups, and designs generated by the AI tool are for illustrative and conceptual purposes only. They do not represent an exact technical specification of the final manufactured product.
  • Accuracy: Actual packaging, bottle shapes, colors, and label print quality may vary from the AI-generated preview due to manufacturing limitations, material availability, and printing processes.
  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the final physical product will look exactly like the AI-generated image. Final product specifications will be confirmed during the official sampling and quotation stage.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Your Brand: You retain all rights, title, and interest in your specific Brand Name, Logo, and proprietary formulations that you submit to us.
  • Our IP: Invision Pharma Limited retains all rights to the underlying software, the AI tool, website design, standard formulation library, and manufacturing processes.
  • Generated Images: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the AI-generated mockups for internal decision-making regarding your private label project with us.

5. User Obligations

When using our Websites, you agree not to:

  • Use the AI tool to generate offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
  • Submit false or misleading contact information (e.g., fake names or phone numbers).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our pricing, formulations, or software logic.

6. Manufacturing & Orders

Submission of an inquiry or generation of a design does not constitute a confirmed order.

  • Quotations: Final pricing is provided only after a detailed assessment of your specific requirements (quantity, formulation, packaging).
  • MOQ: All private label orders are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) as defined by our sales team.
  • Timelines: Manufacturing timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on raw material availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Invision Pharma Limited, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the Websites or AI tool.
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in the AI-generated previews.
  • Any delays or interruptions in the operation of the Websites.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal data (Name, Email, Phone) collected through our lead forms and inquiry tools is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use your contact details solely to communicate with you regarding your manufacturing inquiry.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
