Job Role:

We are hiring an enthusiastic R&D Executive (Cosmetics) with 1 year of experience in cosmetic product development. You will be part of our R&D team, working on skincare, personal care, and cosmetic innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation of cosmetic products like creams, lotions, serums, soaps, etc.
• Conduct product stability and compatibility testing.
• Research new ingredients, raw materials, and market trends.
• Support production trials and scale-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulatory norms.
• Maintain technical documentation and formulation records.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cosmetic formulation/R&D.
• Knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and their applications.
• Understanding of basic regulatory and safety guidelines.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Creative and detail-oriented approach.
